We want to be sure you are happy with your purchase and guarantee the product will be in good condition. Products are fragile and easily broken. We have inspected each item and have packaged them carefully.

Returns:

• We have a 30 day return and exchange policy.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• Any item that was received damaged will be refunded or replaced upon request.

• If you need to refund or replace an item, please send a message to contact@genesis3d.net and we will send you instructions.

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
